“Our stock symbol is URBT. Our current stock price does not reflect the current value of our company.”

A Message from CEO Joseph Collins

When URBT was founded, there was a vision to grow into the largest urban television network in America. I became the CEO in 2014 and set a new vision to develop the largest global media company.

I had no experience in operating a public company, but a passion to create a media conglomerate. Over the past several years, I have had the opportunity to talk with countless CEOs and distinguish what makes truly great companies.

Repeatedly, what great companies all have in common is a clear sense of purpose, consistent values, and cruciality.

CEO’s recognize the importance of engaging with and delivering for their key
stockholders, which is the foundation of stockholder capitalism.  Stockholder capitalism is not about politics.

The power of capitalism is not a social or ideological agenda. It is not “woke.” Capitalism is driven by mutually beneficial relationships between investors, employees, customers, suppliers, and communities that our company relies on to prosper.

The financial growth that URBT seeks to help our stockholders achieve is not created overnight. Financial growth is a long-term endeavor. For the past few years, I have taken a step-by-step approach to create the
framework for financial growth.

It is through effective stockholder capitalism that capital is efficiently allocated, companies achieve durable profitability, and value is created and sustained over the long-term. Long-term profitability is the measure by which markets will ultimately determine our company’s success.

I am writing this letter as a fiduciary to our stockholders who entrust me to grow the value of their share price which I believe is vital to driving durable long-term returns and to helping URBT stockholders reach their goals.

By focusing on URBT’s strategic priorities, It is my belief that URBT will have its first major fiscal year of revenues and a new asset base as a foundation for sustainable growth that returns in excess of the cost of
capital.

With the expectation of constant-currency sales and revenue growth, underlying profit growth to exceed sales revenue, I will focus on generating sufficient cash to fully fund reinvestment for innovation, and the development of our organization.
