Urban Television Network Corporation (“URBT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates urbt.com and related pages (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry information: name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of messages you send through forms such as Request a Quote or contact forms.
- Order and ticket information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, and order details when you buy products or event tickets.
- Investor and shareholder information: information you submit to register for shareholder meetings, access a data room, or sign a non-disclosure agreement, such as name, email, organization, and signature.
- Account information: username, password, and profile details if you create an account.
- Employment information: resumes and application details if you apply for a position.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and date and time of visits.

- Security logs: our security tools record IP addresses and request data to detect and block malicious traffic.
Payment information
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, which handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Information
- To process orders, tickets, payments, shipping, refunds, and related customer service.
- To respond to inquiries, quote requests, and investor or media questions.
- To manage shareholder meeting registrations, data room access, and confidentiality agreements.

- To send transactional messages and, where you have agreed, news and marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and securities obligations, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that host the Site, process payments, ship orders, send email, provide security, or otherwise help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Affiliates under common ownership or control with URBT, for the purposes described in this policy.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or regulator request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of URBT, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
4. Embedded Content and Third-Party Links
The Site may include embedded content (for example, videos or social media posts) and links to other websites, including URBT News, URBT Plus, and social media platforms. Those services may collect data about you under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting, tax, and securities record-keeping requirements. Order records are generally kept for at least seven years. Security logs are kept for a shorter period unless needed to investigate an incident.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, a web application firewall, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Cookies: manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings, as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Global Privacy Control: we honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of sources, purposes, and recipients.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Receive a portable copy of your information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
California “Shine the Light”: California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
Visitors outside the United States: the Site is operated in the United States, and your information will be processed there. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent. You may also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
