Urban Television Network Corp. was established October 21, 1986

URBT purchased the Asset of She Beverage Company. As a She Beverage shareholder you are now required to transfer your subscription agreement (shares) over to URBT, in exchange you will receive common shares of URBT in accordance with the Asset Purchase Agreement.  

URBT completed the Asset Purchase on December 11, 2022

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and ACH

1 to 4 share ratio. Which means for every 4 shares of She Beverage Company you will receive 1 share of Urban Television Network Corp. 

The She Beverage Company stock price was established at $1.25 per share for this transaction.  In approximately 6 to 12 months after the transfer of all She Beverage Company shareholders to URBT your stock certificate may be deposited to your broker-dealer.
