FRONT DESK SALES REPRESENTATIVE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
- Be the first point of contact for all Urban Television Network visitors and guests.
- Answer multi-line phone system with appropriate company greeting and routes calls to the appropriate destination.
- Greet visitors, staff, and others in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist the Sales Department with follow up calls and appointment setting.
- Enforce guest entry rules per the company procedures.
- Assist with typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Sign and keep track of all incoming/outbound deliveries and notify appropriate person or department.
- Responsible for office management duties, ensuring the office is clean, and supplies are fully stocked.
- Provide clerical support and assist with various administrative projects on an as-needed basis.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.
FRONT DESK SALES REPRESENTATIVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years experience in a multi-line phone system preferred.
- 5+ years outside sales experience required.
- 2+ years Receptionist experience required.
- 2+ years Telemarketing experience required.
- Type 55+ WPM
- Strong verbal communication skills. ·
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and detail oriented. ·
- Strong follow-through and organizational skills.
- Team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem resolution skills.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
